一、外国人签证延期种类

外国人在华签证延期是指依法取得相关来华签证、合法在华居留或停留的外国人，延长在华时间而对签证进行延期申请。

二、商务签证延期
2. Extension of business visa
中国商务签证M签证（2013年9月1日前为F签证）：发给赴中国进行商业贸易活动（不包括来中国实习）的人员，停留期限一般不超过6个月。一般来说持普通商务签证M签证（2013年9月1日前为F签证）入境广州的外国人可以延期其商务签证一次，每次1-3个月。一次延期后，如果没有特殊理由，则需要离境重新申请签证入境后方可再次申请延期。
China business visa M visa (F visa before September 1, 2013) : it is issued to people who come to China for business activities (excluding internship), and the duration of stay generally does not exceed 6 months. Generally speaking, foreigners who enter guangzhou on ordinary business visa M (F visa before September 1, 2013) can extend their business visa once, each time for 1-3 months. 外国人90日以下签证（签证）对应的材料需求清单：

一般来说，延期的时间不得超过外国人原来签证的停留期，例如，外国人原来入境只有30天的商务签证，那么就算公司注册资金再大，都只能延期30天。如果客户持有60天停留期的商贸M签证入境，那么有资格可以申请60天的延期。

三、旅游签证延期

中国旅游签证L签证：发给前往中国旅游、探亲或因其他私人事务赴华的外国人。一般来说持普通旅游签证（L签证）入境中国的外国人可以延期其旅游签证，延期的时间不得超过外国人原来签证的停留期，不能增加入境次数。延期后，如果没有特殊理由，则需要离境重新入境后方可再次申请延期。
China tourist L visa: which issued to foreigners who wish to visit China for tourism, family or other private purposes. Generally speaking, foreigners who enter China on an ordinary tourist visa (L visa) may extend their tourist visas for no longer than the length of stay of the foreigners' original visas and no more entry times.
