外国旅游团乘坐邮轮入境免签政策：乘坐邮轮并经由中国境内旅行社组织接待的外国旅游团（2人及以上），可从天津、辽宁大连、上海、江苏连云港、浙江温州和舟山、福建厦门、山东青岛、广东广州和深圳、广西北海、海南海口和三亚等13个城市的邮轮口岸免办签证整团入境，旅游团须随同一邮轮前往下一港，直至本次邮轮出境，活动范围为天津、河北、辽宁、上海、江苏、浙江、福建、山东、广东、广西、海南等11个沿海省（自治区、直辖市）和北京市，停留时间不超过15天。
东盟国家旅游团入境云南西双版纳免签政策：东盟国家（马来西亚、印度尼西亚、泰国、菲律宾、新加坡、文莱、越南、老挝、缅甸、柬埔寨）旅游团（2人及以上），持普通护照经我国境内旅行社组织接待，采取团进团出方式，可由西双版纳嘎洒国际机场口岸、磨憨铁路口岸、磨憨公路口岸免办签证入境出境，活动范围为云南省西双版纳傣族自治州行政区域，停留时间不超过6天。
东盟国家旅游团入境广西桂林免签政策：东盟国家（马来西亚、印度尼西亚、泰国、菲律宾、新加坡、文莱、越南、老挝、缅甸、柬埔寨）旅游团（2人及以上），持普通护照经我国境内旅行社组织接待，采取团进团出方式，可由桂林机场口岸免办签证入境出境，活动范围为广西壮族自治区桂林市行政区域，停留时间不超过6天。
港澳地区外国旅游团入境广东免签政策：与中国建交国家的公民持普通护照到香港、澳门地区后，经在香港、澳门注册的旅行社组团（2人及以上），采取团进团出方式，可免办签证进入大湾区内地9市和汕头市旅游，活动范围为广州、佛山、肇庆、深圳、东莞、惠州、珠海、中山、江门和汕头市，入出境口岸为上述10个城市的对外开放口岸，停留时间不超过6天。
港澳地区外国旅游团入境海南免签政策：与中国建交国家的公民持普通护照到香港、澳门地区后，经在香港、澳门注册的旅行社组团（2人及以上），采取团进团出方式，可免办签证入境海南旅游，活动范围为海南省行政区域，入出境口岸为海南省所有对外开放口岸，停留时间不超过6天。
停留时间计算：以上政策停留计算时间均自入境次日零时起算；符合与中国签署互免签证协定或中国政府其他免签政策的，可从其规定。

以上六类安排分别针对特定区域或特定旅游团形式，与全国适用的单方面免签政策、过境免签政策相互独立。计划来华的旅客在出行前，请先核对自己所持护照类型、拟入境口岸和拟停留区域是否同时符合对应政策的条件。

NIA: Regional Visa-Free Entry Policies for Foreign Nationals

The National Immigration Administration (NIA) has published its consolidated policy note on regional visa-free entry for foreign nationals. It sets out six separate arrangements covering Hainan, cruise ports, Xishuangbanna in Yunnan, Guilin in Guangxi, and foreign tour groups arriving in Guangdong or Hainan from Hong Kong and Macao. Each arrangement applies only to a specific region or a specific form of tour group, and the permitted length of stay and area of activity differ from case to case.

30-day visa-free entry to Hainan for 61 countries: Ordinary passport holders from 61 countries — including Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Norway, Ukraine, Italy, Austria, Finland, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Monaco, Belarus, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates, Brunei, Qatar, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan — may enter Hainan visa-free for short-term purposes such as tourism, business, visits, visiting relatives, medical treatment, exhibitions and sports competitions (work and study excluded). The area of activity is the administrative region of Hainan Province, entry and exit may be made through any of Hainan's open ports, and the stay must not exceed 30 days.
Visa-free entry for foreign tour groups arriving by cruise ship: Foreign tour groups (two people or more) travelling by cruise ship and organized and received by a travel agency within China may enter visa-free as a whole group through the cruise ports of 13 cities — Tianjin, Dalian in Liaoning, Shanghai, Lianyungang in Jiangsu, Wenzhou and Zhoushan in Zhejiang, Xiamen in Fujian, Qingdao in Shandong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in Guangdong, Beihai in Guangxi, and Haikou and Sanya in Hainan. The group must travel with the same cruise ship to the next port until the ship leaves China. The area of activity covers 11 coastal provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities plus Beijing, and the stay must not exceed 15 days.
Visa-free entry for ASEAN tour groups to Xishuangbanna, Yunnan: Tour groups (two people or more) from ASEAN countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia) holding ordinary passports, organized and received by a travel agency within China and travelling in and out as a group, may enter and exit visa-free through the Xishuangbanna Gasa International Airport port, the Mohan railway port and the Mohan road port. The area of activity is the administrative region of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province, and the stay must not exceed 6 days.
Visa-free entry for ASEAN tour groups to Guilin, Guangxi: Tour groups (two people or more) from ASEAN countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia) holding ordinary passports, organized and received by a travel agency within China and travelling in and out as a group, may enter and exit visa-free through the Guilin airport port. The area of activity is the administrative region of Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and the stay must not exceed 6 days.
Visa-free entry to Guangdong for foreign tour groups from Hong Kong and Macao: Citizens of countries having diplomatic relations with China who hold ordinary passports and have arrived in the Hong Kong or Macao region may, after joining a tour group (two people or more) organized by a travel agency registered in Hong Kong or Macao and travelling in and out as a group, enter visa-free to tour the nine mainland cities of the Greater Bay Area plus Shantou. The area of activity covers Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Shantou, entry and exit may be made through the open ports of these ten cities, and the stay must not exceed 6 days.
Visa-free entry to Hainan for foreign tour groups from Hong Kong and Macao: Citizens of countries having diplomatic relations with China who hold ordinary passports and have arrived in the Hong Kong or Macao region may, after joining a tour group (two people or more) organized by a travel agency registered in Hong Kong or Macao and travelling in and out as a group, enter Hainan visa-free for tourism. The area of activity is the administrative region of Hainan Province, entry and exit may be made through any of Hainan's open ports, and the stay must not exceed 6 days.
How the stay is counted: For all of the above policies, the permitted stay is counted from 00:00 of the day following entry. Where an agreement on mutual visa exemption signed with China or another Chinese visa-free policy applies, that policy may be followed instead.

The six arrangements above each target a specific region or a specific form of tour group, and they operate independently of China's nationwide unilateral visa-free policy and its visa-free transit policy. Before travelling, check that your passport type, your intended port of entry and your intended area of stay all meet the conditions of the arrangement you plan to use.
